I have chest heaviness when I stand up with diffculty breathing especially when I breath deeply and yawn. I had this for months now after my acid reflux episode. It never improved but it never worsened either. Been to the doctors about this problem, nothing wrong with my lungs as stated in my CT scan of my chest. Doc said I had no asthma or tb or heart problems.
My breathing only worsens with emotional stress (anxiety, fear, stress) but improves, well it doesn't go away, I just do 't notice it when I'm in a relaxed state or when I don't pay attention to it. Physical exercise (walking, running, jogging) does not worsen my breathing but improves it. Its not enough to keep me awake at night. I have back pain also
The cause of this was when I lifted weights. I lifted like 7½ lbs. I'm 15 and a little scrawny. I lifted without knowing the consequences.
What could've happened? Did I break a bone or something or is it a life I threatening disease?
