I am a 68 year old male and have had urinary and prostate problems for many years now and many physicians had diagnosed as having BPH. My pain and burning sensation in around my urethra and tip of the my penis never goes away. It is a permanent situation and I don't know what to do. My life is miserable and I am depressed and anxious most of the time for this situation. I get up at nights 3 or 4 times for bathroom trips. My PSA is always under normal level, the last one taken was this month and came out at .73 which is perfect according to the doctor. I have no nodules in prostate and it feels normal and soft upon digital examination. Please help me if you can in this so terrible situation.
