I'm a 16 year old female and I've been suffering with depression & mild anxiety for the past 3/4 years but recently I've been getting really panicky nearly every day. I'm not sure if they're panic attacks as such but I just suddenly get terrified of everything and become hyperaware of every sound/movement and I just feel like everything is going to go wrong, I haven't been to the drs about it yet because it's only been happening for a few weeks but recently I get it at least once every night. I stop being able to breathe properly and twitch a lot (especially my feet) and I can't get my words out so I end up going "I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm" until I can eventually blurt out the rest of the sentence. Any ideas on what this could be/how to cope with it? ThanksReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
