Hi, I'm wondering why both of my legs get numb?

Hi, I'm wondering why both of my legs get numb whenever I'm sitting on a chair and putting one leg over the other and or when I'm sitting on the floor. Why does this happen? What's the reason? Is it normal for that to happen? Please help! Thx for your support!.:)

  • I always get numb feet and stuff but I have many health problems it can just be like bad cerculation as long as they don't stay numb when you get bam up it's normal x hope this helps
