He has chromosone 18 disorder, he is 43 yrs old and has been producing uncontrollable and excessive saliva for about 5 months now, he can't eat or drink orally and has had pneumonia twice whilst in hospital. He has had ICT scan, lumbar puncture and a test where they pour a dye down his throat to see if there is any blockage.
