Symptoms in above title + Waxy, semi-soft yellow buildup on surrounding nailfolds, skin area below cuticle on finger & toe tips palm side. All 20. Vertical white lines all fingernails. 5 yrs+, diff dermatologists& no help. 2 diff. fungus cultures: Negative.

Worst it's ever been, now copious amounts of all--especially white fibrous mat'l coming from where cuticle was & from nail bed.

Toes: visable drainage stream of yellow/waxy buildup on skin from lower corners of nail + out from tops of nails. Also on bottoms of feet.

New symptoms: 1) profuse feet sweating 2) horiz white arc above lunula (big toes). No itch. No rash.

Thinking this is systemic: poss. Secondary to kidney, liver or dehydrated? Thyroid test: Good Urea/nitrogen/BUN: 2-3 pts above normal ranges. Glucose: high normal. Vit D 20 below low normal -supplements now.(from 6 wks ago. 58 yr old woman)

Any ideas/suggestions? I will greatly appreciate your time & input. 5+ yrs is too long & now, I'm getting worried. Thx so much.
