I am a 56 year old female, recently I have been experiencing these sharp spasm/pains when I twist or move a certain way, sneeze hard, or bend over. the pain is so strong it literally takes my breath. I usually can walk it off, but, a person should not hurt in pain just by bending or moving your body, happens in my entire abdominal region, under my breast, side entire region.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
