Yesterday I woke up nauseous and after breakfast, I started having unbearable cramping pain in my lower back and pelvic area. The pain got so bad I threw up twice. Soon after 12:00 it subsided. Although I still am having light cramps in lover back and front today, I am barely bleeding. It's only a light pinkish mucousy texture and only when I wipe. What is this?

  • Do consult a doctor first... Consulting may help you to get proper safety.... I am here to tell you all this as my sister recently faced some severe hormone problem which was affecting my menstrual cycle. After consulting doctor, she recommends me to use a menstrual cup as cupissima.com and suggested me to to try some home remedies.
