About 2 months ago I noticed swelling on top of my right collar bone, in the lower neck area. As time went on I noticed it didn't go away so we contacted my doctor. The doctor said that since it hasn't gone away he would like to get an ultrasound. They took an ultrasound and found several other swollen nodes in my chest area and a couple in my armpits. They also noticed my spleen was a bit enlarged. My physician then referred me to a surgeon/specialist. After meeting with the specialist and looking over my results he said worst case scenario it is lymphoma. It freaked me out quite a bit. I then got blood work done and my blood work came back "okay." Although my potassium and calcium levels were a bit high. Today I just got a biopsy on my swollen node in my neck. He took a few samples out of my neck and they were filled with an olive green shade of puss. He asked me a few questions like if I have had any kind of infections lately in my head or neck area and I said no. Those results will be back in a week. However, I do have my wisdom teeth in still and they have caused me a little bit of pain, and I do have a little bit of crowding in my teeth, but not a whole lot to where I think they would be infected. I have not had any symptoms...no night sweats, no fatigue, no loss of weight....I feel great. What could this be?! Could it still be lymphoma? Is it possible it could be an infection from my wisdom teeth? Could it be HIV? I have never had sex before but I have had oral sex from my fiancé and vice versa.
