I am hypothyroid, have acne, rashy skin, fatigue, and other issues I think are linked.

I am in my 40's, am hypothyroid but am being treated for that. I have skin issues/rashes, I heal slowly, am very tired, stressed, depressed, on edge, and have excess hair starting everywhere (mostly chin - soooo irritating, but a minor issue, considering). I have pulled/torn several tendons/ligaments over the years. I have had trouble sleeping and sometimes have sore breasts and clear discharge. I think it is all linked, but can only get treatment for my thyroid. I have changed my diet to try not to rely on sugar and caffeine to get through the day, and I work out some, but when doing 5k's I have ended up with torn this and that (feet issues mostly, but whatever joints I have irritated, I know for weeks about it - right now a shoulder and elbow from painting). I also get extreme chest pain that comes in waves but does not appear to be a heart issue - more likely the loose tendon/ligament issue at the rib connections? My thyroid medication was just upped, and after that and giving up soda, increasing water intake and eating more fruits/veggies and less sugar, I have now gained more weight.
I have been to several doctors who have little clue on the chest pain - the only thing that has helped is a couple of muscle relaxers when it gets really bad. The thyroid is being treated, but the dosage keeps going up.
Now I have started to get headaches and am very tired and on edge all of the time. I really do not know what to do. Any ideas? I am not a lazy person, at all, but I am really struggling to get up in the morning.
