13 weeks ago I had a arthroscopy to remove my medial plica that I got skiing in March. My recovery was going quite well and I was only in abit of pain. 6 weeks post op my surgeon said that I was allowed to start sports again and I only did a little bit at a time being careful etc.. I am still being careful at the moment while doing abit more. About 3 weeks ago the pain in my knee increased a lot and I am now having significant pain and I am unable to even do my physio excersizes. As well as the pain I am also experiencing a loud clicking noise which Is causing discomfort. Should I go back and see my orthopaedic surgeon? I have a physio appointment next week, but that doesn't seem to do anything. Do you know what is wrong with my knee?? What should I do?? The pain is making me feel really down and I'm struggling to stay positive about it. Many of my teachers have also notice this.
