I woke up yesterday with pain in one wrist. As that pain faded I started having severe pain in one ankle. Then I started having neck pain. I woke up to elbow pain in both elbows and now my other wrist hurts. There is a little residual pain in my ankle but the pain in my neck is still completely there. I was drinking alcohol the night before the pain started and I take a diuretic, blood pressure medicine, prilosec, and progesterone. I also have a bmi of 51. The pain was so bad I could barely sleep last night. What could be causing this?
