When I was 17 my right elbow started hurting in the joint bad and it felt tight. Then it got bad and I could no longer bend it without extreme pain and I couldn't straighten it. Now, being 26 my left elbow has just recently done the same thing and now my left knee both within a week or two of each other. I can't live like this. Its too painful and I can hardly do my own hair anymore let alone get out of bed in the am at all. Could it be rheumatoid arthritis? I eat extremely healthy almost %100 organic and no dairy or gluten. I drink ginger tea with turmeric and take apple cider vinegar. I know I should up my omega 3's too but I am not depressed, I suffer from anxiety but always have. I just want to be able to stretch my arms and legs all the way out again. Help.
