So I constantly have crippling pains in all my joints in my body and it is something that hurts me constantly, keeps me up, and distracts me. All of my joints easily crack and I try to crack my knuckles to ease the pain but it never works.

I have been feeling pains in my bones ever since I was little and it started in my feet but none of my parent paid mind to the pain because they insisted it was growing pains. Ever since then, about 10-12 years ago, the pain has gotten way worse and now occurs all over my body.

I went to the doctor and they did blood tests for any blood count deficiencies, lupus, any form of arthritis, thyroid deficiencies, vitamin deficiencies, and lyme's disease but I came back negative for everything. My doctor is still not sure of what is wrong with me and suggested that I go to a university hospital neurologist where they could do tests based around my nerves to see if there is anything that they could diagnose.

Also associated with restless legs at night, other symptoms include constant tiredness.

  • I have some of the same pains and my kneee gets so bad that I cannot walk. The only thing I have found that gives me some relief is liberally putting bio-freeze and massage it in and I get 3-4 hours of relief. My doctors cant figure out my pains either.

  • I suffered in the past greatly from extensive and frequently agonising pains in my joints. I spent fortunes on physiotherapy and osteopathy and took pain killers. What helped me and turned around my life was regular exercise walking daily or if knees are a problem swimming daily for at least 30 minutes.Try it
and cut out all dairy and processed food.eat fresh fish fruit and veg.
