Extreme heat intolerance ~ nausea, headaches, bladder spasm. Thyroid test normal

These aren't hot flashes ~ it is an extreme heat intolerance ~ my bladder spasms like a terrible bladder infection, making me scream for a few drops of urine. Also causes headaches, nausea, lightheadedness. Fingers swell.

Most people are comfortable about 75 degrees ~ I am dying of heat. Sweat like a pig.

Cool down by swimming or shower, but the symptoms come back within minutes.

Thyroid test was normal, so that isn't it. Suggestions?
