im 35 years old I had a hysterectomy in feb 2014. I got a staff infection from the surgery a week after and now I am having a very rapid heart rate of 125-137+ im weak and tired all the time and im in severe pain and aching all over my bp get really low so the cardiologist cannot put me on beta blockers. when I lay down my bp will go as low as 79/49 and lower. ive been having blackout spells that last for a few seconds and now im having small nose bleeds as well. I can tell when my bp is dropping I get headache in the top of my head that is so severe I cant stand. my heart rate is getting so high my check feels as if it is caving in. I am retaining so much fluid I feel like im smothering and cant breath. any advice on what could be causing all this. I have tested 3 times positive for a blood clot but they cannot find it
