Hi, so I'm a 16 year old girl and have been having chest pains for a while now. They do not happen very often and when they do it is usually at night just before I fall asleep. It is a really sharp pain on my left side, around where I imagine the bottom of my heart to be (although I could be wrong) it only lasts for a couple of seconds. It also seems to get worse when I breathe. I have it been to the doctors because it has never lasted that long and my parents just brush it off as heart burn, even though I know for a fact that isn't what it is. I also get an ache in my chest occasionally although this is just more of a nuisance than anything. I know it's not the best thing to do but I went online and have researched just about every condition possible, it sounds similar to PCS but I don't seem to have the 'popping' that is described so I honestly don't know.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
