I am 32 years old, I live an active lifestyle for the most part. I regularly ride my mountain bike for fitness. I have lost over 100 pounds through excercise and diet over the last two years. I also am currently on no medications, even though I have been on numerous OAB meds, as well as multiple rounds of different antibiotics in the past 6 months.
Now without further hesitation, my problem seems simple but I have not been able to receive a diagnosis and my quality of life seems to diminish every day. I simply feel like I always need to urinate. Especially right after I get done going, and when I'm sitting in my car or any upright position.
The sensation feels like I constantly have urine in the shaft of my penis. No matter what I do this sensation does not go away throughout the day and night. Seems like some days are worse than others but there is always a constant urge to go pee. Some days it feels as if I just need to go, really mild sensation, but other days it feels like I could have an accident if I don't concentrate deeply.
I have had just about every test done, including the rectal exam and even endured a cystoscopy. No anwsers. I have a doctor that is completely stumped, he sent me to a urologist that performed the cystoscopy. Now I am being sent to The University in Denver because my doctors in town have no clue.
Desperate for anwsers. Thanks in advance.
