I have been having bowel movements at least 5 or 6 times a day. I do not have diarrhea. I just fee throughout the day to go to bathroom, usuall several times after I eat, but also first thing in the morning. My stomach feels alittle bloated and I have cramping during the day and evening.I dad started taking 2 tablespoons of coconutcoconut oil 'severyday plus 2 capsuls of fish oil. Perhaps this is triggering the cramps and freque n.t BM's. I also started Bio identical hormones for atrophic vaginitis..I also feel pressure there, so I need to void frequently.Has anyone experienced any of these symptoms and how did you deal with it?
