For approx. 30yrs (it began when I was approx. 23yrs)I have had recurring severe foot and hand pain which is very debilitating. It comes on quickly and may last several days to a couple of weeks. My feet and hands appear normal looking,(no swelling or redness, etc.) I am extremely fatigued during these episodes. The pain is worse when I get off my feet. I ask family members to FORCEFULLY squeeze my hands and feet, which result in a few minutes of relief. I have had every test you can imagine, all to no avail.
The pain is terrible and I hobble on my feet. I would love to know what is causing this. My Dr. has prescribed pain meds. which help somewhat.
