  • any rashes? any lymph nodes that you can feel (lumps around the neck, arm pits, groin???)
    has he recently travelled abroad?

if travelled recently: has he been checked for malaria and TB and also typhoid fever, or viral hepatitis???

sounds like an infectious cause to me but could also be other things not related to germs.

  • I didn't see anything about the liver enzymes in his tests, but his inflammation markers are significantly elevated and he's slightly anemic, so possibly some infection or autoimmune disease. I'm guessing because I don't know his symptoms or anything, but you should see your physician asap especially if his liver enzymes are up.
