Relentlessly increasing blind spots in both eyes

Since one year I notice my natural blind spots in both eyes. Within the spots I see persistent photopsia (flashes of light). The size of both blind spots increases and on the moment they encroach until fixation.
The doctors did already a lot of tests such as MRI/MRA, full fundus exam, fluorescence angiogram, OCT, visual field testing. They have no idea of the cause, so no diagnosis. Anybody an idea how to continue with this?
