Please help.5 years ago I`ve been diagnosed with epilepsy,3 years ago with Hashimoto`s (first-vague-symptoms of both 15 years ago). For the last 10 years I gradually lose emotions and interest in everything, feel no pleasure,my vocabulary shrinks (particularly adjectives).6 months ago I`ve been diagnosed with pituitary tumour (hyperprolactinemia),it probably lasted longer, but less than 5 years (MR in 2007 was clear).Around 3 months ago my depression started to worsen at much faster rate, ending in classical crying spells and moderate expressive aphasia (which lasts in spite of my feeling a little bit better). My Hashimoto`s is well controlled,as well as hyperprolactinemia.Controlling epilepsy is not so good, but generally allright.CT scan (6 months ago) was clear. What`s wrong with me,why do I get worse instead of better? Thank you very much in advance.
