6 weeks ago I started bulking while lifting weights. I was using mass gainers, whey protein and eating 5000 calories a day. I gained 20 lbs and then 2 weeks ago I started shredding by using fat shredders, amino acids, preworkout powders, multivitamins and creatine. I started experiencing pain under my right rib cage. My doctor says it must be muscle spasm. I have stopped taking the supplements. I believe it is not a muscle spasm, I think my liver has enlarged and I am somewhat scared.
