I've been experiencing dizziness, light headed, emotional distress, and painful thoughts about situations that I don't want them to occur. Yesterday while arguing with my parents, my heart started to race and adrenaline kicked in and I started to become emotional, and I felt dizzy and light headed that I fell off my chair onto the ground.
