Anyone have pitted edema, that's gone undiagnosed?

  • Actually, yes! I have generalized edema for several years now but no explanation, despite fairly extensive testing for heart, liver, kidney, etc. diseases. It pits in lower legs and I estimate I'm carrying about 20-30 pounds of extra fluid around. Strangely whenever I the edema is at it's worst, I tend to feel very dehydrated and am often exhausted. No fainting, though. It's been a nightmare
