for those of you still affected by this !!!!!!!!!!!

my name is john i have had these symtomes for 3.5 years all started with a sore throat that what appered to clear up, 2 weeks later i was bedded with the most horrible dizzyness and brain fog. i was actually throwing up alot to as the months went by my symtoms got better but only slight, after being dignosed with depression i took pills for 9 months with no releif. years went by and my symtoms felt as if they were never gonna go away. i recently moved from scotland to australia.

after being to loads of doctors and still not having luck i went to a doctor in perth who suggested that i really was depressed and put me on prozac. after taking prozac for 1 week i had to come off them i had a huge meltdown and had to stop them. then i heard about this thai guy whos abillity to diagnose someone was great. so i went and within minuties he diagnosed me with mineers desease, being very sceptical at first he explained what it was ect and sent me away with stemazine. which is a drug used to control vertigo. i though what the ***l i will give it ago. he told me not to drink alchohol and to reduce to salt (sodium) intake in my diet. not having anything above 120mg of sodium per 100g.and stricly no caffine or energy drinks ect. after doing this 4 days now i havent had any sytoms as before. i nearly feel normal.

i dont normaly write in posts but i have been following on here for sometime. and i would like to help.

any questions please email me hawickjohng1@gmail.com

but honestly i feel a new man.

3.5 years of my life i will never get back is the only horrible bit.
