If am going crazy with the dryness. Sjogrens has been ruled out. I am spending every 20 minutes at night putting in eye drops, nasal gel and using biotene mouthwash. I chew gum and suck on candies and drink tons of water. I was recently diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency, so have started on a high dose of that. What else can cause such severe dryness?? yes I have chronic pain and am on pain meds, but I know what that feels like, can live with that dryness, this is over the top and has just been bad in the past 4 months or so. Any help please??
