For the last two years I've had a problem with dizziness. At first it was few and far between. Now it's at least once a week. It's a sudden onset of my symptoms. And a sudden ending. My symptoms include: light headedness, dizziness, vertigo, nausea, blurry vision, tunnel vision, headache, ocular migraine symptoms, and feeling extremely tired. Typically it lasted between 20-45 minutes. This time it was a nonstop 3 hours (and counting). I don't have insurance ATM. But I'm freaking out because this time was worse that any time before. And thoughts?
