I have been Ill for a long time anyone know what it could be

Hiya I ave been I'll for about 3years now it started off as just passing out a few times but the last year it has been really bad to the point I have been on the sick from work for that year and now I no longer work there due to I'll health I get pins and needles a lot in my arms and feet and stuff which never really bothered me but it's got worse and as the weeks go on my symptoms are getting worse I pass out at least every day now I get really breathless for no reason but that could be my asthma anyways last year I was in hospital for 2 weeks due to a high heart rate and obv keep passing out I have had all sorts of tests blood tests MRI scan CT scan EEG and ECGS but everything has come back normal apart from the fact I have a high heart rate it was mentioned that epilsy can be to deep in the brain to be picked up on EEGs but nothing more has been mentioned i feel like no one is doing anything do i go back to the doctors and tell them that I am now not just passing out I sometimes fit as well I have totally had enoug now I'm only 21 and can't do anything I'm always tired I can't go out on my own if I have a bad day I literally can not move its like I'm paralysed I just wanna go back work and be normal again sorry for me moaning I just want to know if anyone else is the same and if anyone has any suggestions thanks
