I'm a 24 year old female, In April 2014 I started having issues with feelings of passing out, I then was week for 2 weeks where it was extremely difficult for me to get off the couch, week 3 I decided to get my birth control implant taken out because I thought that was causing all the problems, I then started having anxiety, nausea to the point I could barely eat, ever since I have had issues with being dizzy to the point I don't drive now, i feel unsteady when I walk like I am going to fall over, I barely go to any stores because I'm constantly dizzy or feel as though I'm off balance, since all of this started my blood sugar has been unstable I think due to the level of stress this has all caused me! I have also been having sinus issues, my mucus is really thick mostly clear but occasionally I'll get some yellow or green mixed in it, when I blow my nose it just feels like it stops in the middle of my nose and throat, my ears are full of fluid, my daughters pediatrician said she saw bubbles in them along with the fluid, I have severe fatigue even when I don't do anything, I have some days where the fatigue isn't as bad, I get sharp pains in my head and a almost constant pressure across my forehead that sometimes feels like a burning sensation! I'm sure I missed some symptoms but if anyone has an idea please let me know, I have an ENT appointment scheduled for October 2015, I'm hoping this ENT actually wants to do his job, oh and almost forgot a month after I got the birth control implant out my progesterone hormone was 6.28 on a scale of 0.2-1.5, I had a CT done and they didn't see anything wrong with my brain but I don't think they checked my sinuses

  • I have had similar problems had a ct scan and my ent said i have fungus growing in my sphenoid sinus, it has grown to twice the normal size of the opposite side. He said that it is common and the only recourse is to have sinus surgery to remove it. Scared to have such a delicate surgery done, but I feel so tired and sick all the time, got it scheduled for 12/7 .
