I am 30yo f experiencing constant vertigo with syncope which is worsened by standing or walking. I have fainted at least once a week for 3 months. I experience random palpitations usually while at rest and periodic stabbing pains for a couple minutes on left side of chest. Fatigue and headaches also. I am on metformin for PCOS and have a nexplanon implant. My diastolic pressure has been running a little high. Glucose and iron are normal. I am at a low stress level so I don't feel this is anxiety related. Any ideas?
