I'm 35 and Ive had anxiety for over 13 years. I get mild to moderate panic attacks once in a while. But now I get full blown severe panic attacks at night or wake up into one. Its so bad that I can't move. My arms, legs, and face go completely numb and limp. My palms turn dark blue even when pulse ox is 97%. I'm getting mire concerned as my palms turn blue even without attack. I've had ecg's and heart enzym test that came normal. I do take benzo pill for severe attack and used to help. I'm not depressed at all. My doc says gerd and anxiety but no answer to why my palms turn dark smurf color blue. Both me and my family are concerned over cyanosis and the late night severe panic attacks. What can I do as I desperately seek help and solution....Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
