45 yo woman, BMI 21.6. Dx: Crohn's disease diagnosed @ age 21, depression (controlled with meds), rare drinker, no tobacco, degenerative disc disease, mild.
This is a list of the last 2 years' set of symptoms.
Chest wall tumor (brand new), constipation, blood in stool, abdominal and pelvic pain, occasional bloating, frequent nausea, bruise easily, fatigue, joint pain, night sweats, unexplained unconsciousness/collapse resulting in concussion x 1 episode, 3 additional falls in last 8 months. No fever. Not a complete list but most concerning sx's.
Blood work shows no abnormalities, so far.
Meds: Lialda for Crohn's, Wellbutrin & Effexor for depression, Adderall for chronic fatigue.
PRNs: Fioricet for headaches and migraines 1-4 times per month, Methocarbamol rarely for muscle spasms.
Symptoms keep getting lumped into Crohn's and depression. But I have never felt this way with either. I have been stressed at work but sincerely don't feel depressed.
