Bad bloating, constipation, never feeling hungry, in the last two months? (Not PMS)

For the last 2 or so, I have been having feeling quite off. I went on a high-dose birth control in the fall (if that is relevant). I have since developed severe acne that I needed medication for.

I was experiencing really bad bloating, so I cut bread out of my diet and that seemed to really help for a few weeks.

I then started being constipated all the time, going several days without feeling like I had to poop... I introduced fiber supplements because I thought I was low in fiber from cutting out bread. All that did was give me diarrhea the day I took the supplement but I still haven't been pooping normally.

I have also lost my appetite. In the last 4 weeks, I have literally not felt hungry ONCE. Sometimes I will hear my stomach rumble but I don't feel hungry. Just always feeling full. I force myself to eat because I know I need to. When I do eat, even just a small snack like a banana, I feel like I have eaten a giant meal. I feel so full that I am uncomfortable. Whenever I eat ANYTHING, my stomach bloats and swells and I look like I am pregnant.

I am also finding it very hard to stay hydrated.

I do not know what these mean, I hope it is not pregnancy although I have been on birth control and having regular periods (my last period was strange though, lots of spotting beforehand and only a few days of bleeding... but I had heavy flow, backaches, and cramps so I did think it was a real period).

Alot of these symptoms started after I came home from a week long vacation in Mexico, so I wonder if something I ate there could have caused any.
