Mother w/ Stage IV kidney disease visiting next week. No alcohol. No dark leafy greens. I know she is cautious about how much salt she eats. What else can't I serve her? When I ask, "oh, don't go to any trouble honey". It's not trouble. I want to serve her without making her sick. Any mealtime suggestions?
