Chest and back pain, shortness of breath, more

Have fun with this one! I can't figure it out.

It started with a trip to the ER because of chest pain (center of chest). They did an EKG and blood work, and cleared me to leave.

The chest pain continued, but became more of a constant discomfort, and shortness of breath began. This happens often, and I find myself using my inhaler much more often (I have asthma)

Pain in the upper back came next. Constant, but the level of pain varies.

Some of my ribs are somewhat sensitive to touch. If I push down on them in certain spots a pain occurs which was not present before.

I also have a pain in my right pinky finger which started about the time my initial chest discomfort started.

Now, during this time I also broke out on my right arm, and right side of my body. This lead some dr.s to it may be related to a virus. The breakout has since went away, other symptoms are still present. Breakout lasted for about a month and a half.

I have recently developed a light cough.

I have looked into costochondritis, and wonder if this explains the symptoms. I am terribly afraid it could be lung cancer, even though I am young and do not have a family history of it. I did get an upper chest x-ray and it came back clear.

Please let me know what you think!
