I've had this burning sensation for the last 6 days that moves around to different areas of the leg and inner groin area. It radiates from an incision in my abdomon where I had hernia surgery four months ago. It kind of feels like when you have the flu and your skin hurts. However I have no rash, not red..nothing but I don't u fee stand why it runs across the thigh. I went to my surgeon and he said incision looks super and it's probably nerve pain from it because all the nerves are connected. But I'm concerned because i don't understand why I would feel it on the outside of the thigh? Onset of shingles ? I have no other symptoms of shingles but I'm nervous that this could be more then my surgeon thinks it is. It's not extremely painful but still aches and burns sometimes. Anyone else felt this before ??Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
