Hi there!!

I'm a 27 year old mother of 3. I have recently quit smoking and decided to join a boot camp. I some times have heart palpitations but I've had them checked and they seem harmless.

Here is some of my history

I have had a pulmonary embolism when I was pregnant with my daughter (last child who is now 3)

Anyways when I was at boot camp I think I trained too hard in the second week and I ended up feeling sick and I vomited. After I did that I went back to the group and they stopped me they go um your lips are blue!!! Also at that time I had partial hearing loss. Went to the doctor she told me I was fine so I continued on. Four days later ended up really sick had a Nasty blood infection ( septicaemia) so I decided to quit boot camp and let my body rest.

Now I am unable to take a deep breath. I know it's not an anxiety attack because I suffer from those but this is a constant thing. I also have pain on my right shoulde ( only if I move it in a wrong way or lift up my arms and then the pain goes down towards my armpit.)

I try and try to take a deep breath but I can't, it's very frustrating. I can also feel my heart beat all over my body especially when I lie down. Resting bpm is 76. If anyone has any info to help me it will be greatly appreciated
