Tender swollen breasts

I've just been diagnosed with an under active thyroid and prescribed medication to control this. I am also coeliac and the thyroid is a result of that (I think)
I go back to the doctors in a 2 weeks for bloody tests to check they have the dosage correct. However since being on levothyroxine for almost 2 weeks my breast are swollen and tender and painful to touch. They hurt to lay on and even the shower is painful. I'm not due on a period for another 16 days and I'm also not pregnant. Does anybody know what this could be?
