I am 32 year old fit male. I have no other symptoms. The pain is mostly a dull constant ache that started 3 to 4 months ago but over the last week has changed into more of a burning feeling. It's worse when sitting or lying and is becoming very frustrating. It's hard to exactly pinpoint the pain although it's coming from the same spot which appears to be the bowel. It's on the right side of my backside and is higher up than my rectum. It radiates into my right buttock and sometime lower back. I have tried a high fiber diet and nothing has changed. I had a digital exam and a ct scan I haven't seen the specialist since but I think the ct scan was directed at my buttock rather than bowel. Both had nothing showing. Any help or idea what this could be.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
