Debilitating Pain,
I woke up one morning and could not get up, my back had completely failed me, it was as if I was paralised from my neck to my waist. I could move my legs and arms but could not lift myself up from the waist. I managed to use my legs to pull myself to the edge of the bed where I dropped down to my knees and then once turned round I could get up.
10 minutes later I was coming out of the kitchen with a mug of tea and ...wham, I had my first back spasm. I immediately fell to the floor in the worst pain I think Ive ever had. I had 6 spasms that day and continue to have them on a weekly basis ever since. Despite of the pills i'm in constant pain everyday and live in fear of the approach of those awful spasms.

I have a dropped and tilted pelvis with recent sacro- illiac pain that is getting worse, on top of the arthritic contused discs. and sciatica.

A U.K. Athos healthcare "professional" a SRN labelled me fit for work in 3 months, without seeing any x-rays or asking for any history, and stamped my notes as having "back pain".
I wish she could just have my pain for one hour every day, that would sort her out for sure.
