I have a small area in the middle of my left outer arm that has pain and tenderness only when bumped. Area is about quarter size and the sensation is as if the area is bruised. However, there is no apparent bruising. It has been there for at least 4 months and is getting progressively more tender and painful. The area is not close to any joint but is right on the outer bone.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
