I am afraid I have this horrible disease. I am having a lot of things going on now for the last two months and they are just getting worse. I have been have a popcorn like twitching in my calves and biceps. I also have tingling in my face and lips and quivering in the face when I lye back. I feel like my muscles have gone through a work out but they haven't. I break out in cold sweat after being up for a little while. Also feel like certain foods don't go down very well. There is pain in my spine with hot and cold sensations. I am just very afraid. What to the ER and all my blood work was good and so was a Cat scan of my thoart. I know Als is hard to diagnosis. Please help
