Help! I have random abdominal related symptoms for the past few days. I was recently sick two weeks ago with a severe sore throat and fever for a week. I got tested for mono but it came back negative. The doctor also told me he could feel the tip of my spleen. I have constant left abdominal pressure/fullness that also causes sharp pains intermittently. I also have random moments of nausea multiple times a day. I am also experiencing spotting and diarrhea, but this may be due to the spotting as I sometimes get abdominal symptoms with my period. My period is supposed to be next week and I am not pregnant. If anyone has any suggestions please help! Thank you!
