:confused: hi everyone im new to this forum ,and wonder if anyone can offer some advice on my very sensitive hearing .i read somewhere that a magnesium deficiencie could be a cause ?i am or was a musician one time and im not all that struck on radio 1!which i am force fed loud from 3 sources daily ,and the workshop is loud anyway compressor air tools etc .some days i can tolerate the noise for a while ,other days not ,and sometimes people talking can sound loud and confusing .i have a sinus problem which i spray with beclometasone which stops some pf the humming in my ears at night .i usualy wear in canal earplugs at work but they are not ideal .i also confront the noise for a couple of hours per day for maybe recruitement hyperacusis???i have just orded a pair of in canal earphones so that at least i can listen to something soothing manythanks for any reply johnReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
