I have pain in my spine from my head to my butt. It can be tender to the touch in spots. When i have come home from a hard day at work i have to set in the recliner to get comphy and then i have a hard time getting up. The muscle and spine would be very stiff. I always have pain in my lower back. Even when i get out of bed my back is stiff and sore. When i get tired i tend to drag my legs. I cannot sit or stand for very long because of the pain. My job requires alot of heavy lifting upwards of 25,000 lbs a day 5 to 6 days a week. I have done this for 10 years. What can i ask the doctors? I am only 34 years old and the pain is starting to run my life. My parents do not belive me even though they see me in pain all the time. They just say tuff it out your just sore.
