Fatigue and urinary problems

I'm a 40 year old female. For the past few weeks I've been so tired and have been unable to urinate like I have in the past. This past weekend I only urinated 2 small dribbles in 2 days. My kidneys are killing me as well as my lower abdomen. I went to my Gyne she tested my urine for infections and STD's and found nothing. A few days later I was in dire pain and went to the ER. They tested my blood and urine and did a CT scan and found absolutely nothing wrong with me. They used a catheter to get out the urine but only got out a cup or so. They sent me home with a plastic urinal to measure my urine. How could I measure my urine if I couldn't go?

The next day the symptoms started subsiding and I was able to urinate like a normal person. I was feeling great until today because I started feeling the same problem coming back again. Especially being tired and having pain in my lower abdomen, almost a burning pain, but not when I urinate. I don't know where to turn. If I go back to the ER they'll think I'm crazy. It almost felt like they thought I was lying about my problem and rushed me out to bring in some bleeding car accfident victims. Can someone please help me if you have ever experienced anything like this? Thank you so much! Tracy
