Cushing's and abdominal pain

I had steroid-induced Cushing's which caused secondary adrenal insufficiency. I was treated with low doses of oral cortisol (only up to 20 mg per day at most). My pituitary and adrenal function has returned. My only complaints are 1)losing the belly (the buffalo hump is gone) and 2)abdominal pain. I'd like to hear from anyone with either Cushings or Addison's about what causes the abdominal pain and what type of treatments work. My upper and lower GI were both normal. No vomiting or loose stools. Just burping and upper right quadrant pain -- like a cramp, but not.....
