I get this every once in awhile- and when it happens it only lasts for a little while. and when it happens it isnt always in the same foot. But when it does it feels like my foot is asleep, and that I need to move it around but that doesnt help. kindof numbness but I can feel everything. Has anyone ever heard of this? thanks

  • Feet sometimes feel like that if the circulation is cut off. If you sit cross legged on the ground for a long time and don't move your feet, sometimes your feet go numb. When you try to move them you might feel pins and needles in your feet.
